Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Shrewd Archery.

Our limited lifetime warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Shrewd Archery. This warranty only applies to products and parts that are manufactured by Shrewd Archery. Any product that is manufactured by another company and re-sold by Shrewd Archery is covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty. 

What does this lifetime warranty cover?

This limited lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, Shrewd Archery will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Shrewd Archery will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the defective part completely.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Shrewd Archery is good for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner/purchaser.

This limited lifetime warranty does not extend beyond the original owner of the product, once it has been sold to another individual the warranty is voided and no longer valid.

A replacement part or product assumes the same limited lifetime warranty as the original product.

This warranty is offered at the discretion of Shrewd Archery and can be revoked at any time if it is felt the warranty is being abused or a product has been blatantly mistreated.

What does this lifetime warranty not cover?

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Obvious, blatant, or excessive mistreatment of a product
    • E.g. excessive tightening of bolts that result in stripped threads or sheared bolt heads
    • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
      • E.g. dropping, stepping on, heat/fire, or moisture damage
      • Theft or loss of a product
      • Damage resulting from natural disasters

This warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage caused by the user, e.g. scratches, chips, fading anodizing, or blemishes.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Shrewd Archery (Service@ShrewdArchery.com) to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Once a solution has been determined items may be shipping to the following address based on shipping carrier.

All shipments must contain a note that includes the following information:

  • Your name
  • Explanation of the issue
  • A return address
  • Contact information (email and phone number)


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please complete the form at the bottom of this page.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@shrewdarchery.com.


Items that were purchased on sale will be refunded for the same amount they were purchased for. 


We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@shrewdarchery.com and send your item to the address below with your information inside the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
